Welcome to the Sweetwater Farm Catering website.  Sweetwater Farm is the name of Charlie and Marion Cascio's farm in the Big Sur backcountry. Charlie and Marion are two culinary artists with 66 years of combined culinary arts experience.  They are dedicated to serving their clients the healthiest, tastiest meals possible, utilizing organic and local ingredients including ingredients produced at their own Sweetwater Farm. 

Charlie is the author of The Esalen Cookbook.  He and his wife Marion specialize in cooking for groups of 15 to 600 people for one time celebrations
or week-long or longer workshop settings.  They also teach cooking seminars at The Esalen Institute on such topics as healthy continental and California cuisine, vegetarian cooking, and live food preparation.

Have Spatula Will Travel - Charlie and Marion are able to coordinate the food service of groups anywhere in the world.
